🛍️ 1. Do you offer delivery across India?
Yes! We proudly deliver to most locations across India, including metro cities, small towns, and even many rural areas. If your pin code is serviceable, you’ll be able to place an order successfully.
🚚 2. What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on most prepaid orders. However, in some cases, a minimal shipping fee may apply, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
⏱️ 3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard delivery timelines are:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.
🧸 4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and AWB number. You can track your order in real-time via our delivery partner’s website.
If you face any issues, feel free to contact our support team with your order number.
📦 5. How are the products packaged? Is it safe for baby products?
Absolutely! All Nanhi Muskaan products are:
Hygienically packed
Bubble-wrapped and sealed
Delivered in durable, tamper-proof bags
We take extra care to ensure the packaging is suitable for baby products, protecting them from any contamination or damage.
🕒 6. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with tracking information.
💳 7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we only accept prepaid orders through secure online payment methods (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, etc.). This allows us to maintain hygiene and faster dispatching.
🧾 8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect, please:
Take clear photos/videos of the damaged package and items.
Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Share your order ID and the issue with evidence.
We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
🛑 9. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to change the delivery address. Please contact us immediately with the correct address and order number. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
📮 10. What if I'm not available to receive the package?
Our courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If you're unavailable during the first attempt, the delivery agent may try again. You can also contact the courier through your tracking link to reschedule the delivery.
